About the event
In ancient times, stories comforted us during dark nights, serving as a unique form of medicine. On the last Sunday of each month, we gather in a circle. We begin by focusing on our breath, reconnecting with our bodies, and then a story is shared. Each tale is an ancient narrative retold, with moments to pause and reflect. After the story, there's time to contemplate and write. The circle is then opened for optional sharing, and we conclude with gentle movement. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything else for comfort, and if you have a preferred journal, bring that too. I will provide the stories. This month: The Banshee- The woman who became the wail.
